In 2016, Adriana A. Moreno, MPH founded D.A.R. Public Health Consulting with a vision rooted in service and equity. After years of working in public health, Adriana recognized that many initiatives and organizations—particularly those addressing health and education equity—needed more than just funding or ideas; they needed experienced, strategic guidance to transform their missions into measurable impact.
Drawing on her extensive background in public health, Adriana launched her consulting firm to provide tailored support to nonprofits, government agencies, and community-based organizations. Her decision was driven by a deep commitment to advancing community health and breaking down barriers that create inequities in care and opportunity.
